Beautiful ride. But hilly, especially if you are used to the relatively level bike paths of Northern Virginia. But for every hill you go up, you get a great ride down.

Traffic was minimal, especially on the Northern half, and was always polite.

We parked at a park (I forget the name off of 631, at the north east corner of the route. That added a couple miles to the ride, because it was a mile down to the lakeside parking lot. Tough hill out to start the ride, but sweet coming back -- I hit 33 mph cruising down.

Thanks for the route!
