AUTHOR'S DESCRIPTION:
This is another fun ride along fairly bike-friendly road. Sidewalks (alternating sides) whole way, with some 3' shoulders available. Right around the loop (around Regency Square) there's a really fun gradual hill with up and down going both ways. I like doing a few laps up and down the hill to practice for hill-climbing. Not a long ride, but a quick 3-5 mile hilly (as this part of Florida goes) ride.

It's busy during rush hour of course, with moderate traffic most other times.
